Richard's career highlights include his tenure at Certus Solutions, where he grew the Oracle Cloud Applications practice from a small team to a 90+ strong practice, establishing Certus as a recognized leader in Oracle Cloud Solutions in the UK. His leadership led to the delivery of groundbreaking projects, including the first global implementation of Cloud HCM and the first integrated Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP solution in EMEA.

In 2018, Richard moved to Melbourne, where he significantly contributed to the growth of Certus APAC before its acquisition by KPMG. His recognized expertise in Oracle Cloud has earned him many accolades, including being named an Oracle ACE in 2016.
